BLS & ACLS Instructor Renewals
The day will start with reviewing the AHA BLS & ACLS Instructor Manual together. Please bring your copy to class.
- Discuss the AHA Hierarchy.
- Review AHA Compliance Policies.
- Monitor Teaching activities and complete the AHA Instructor Monitoring Tool
- Each Instructor Renewal will present one 5-minute helpful topic for the group.
ACLS Initial
For those who have expressed interest in obtaining ACLS Instructor Credentials, here are the additional requirements:
- Complete the AHA ACLS Instructor Essentials Course and Bring the Certificate of
Completion - Complete AHA Instructor Candidate Application
- Have a Current AHA ACLS Provider Card.
- Purchase and bring the AHA ACLS Instructor Manual to class.
We will not be renewing provider cards during this class. There should be good networking during this class to assist with renewals.
